Refund policy

Right of withdrawal:

Fresh and perishable food products
(meat, chimichurri, chorizo) are excluded from the statutory
right of withdrawal in accordance with
Section 18 (1) no. 10 FAGG.

Cancellation:

Cancellation is possible until 3:00 p.m.
on the day of delivery by email to
support@maquibeef.at.

After delivery has begun, cancellation
is no longer possible, as we have already
prepared your meat for you.

For non-food products (e.g. barbecue accessories),
a 14-day return period applies from receipt
of the goods.
