Refund policy

Right of withdrawal:

Fresh and perishable foods
(meat, chimichurri, chorizo) are excluded from the statutory
right of withdrawal pursuant to §18 (1) no. 4 FAGG.

Cancellation:

Orders can be cancelled until 3:00 PM
on the day of delivery by email to support@maquibeef.at.

Once delivery has started, cancellation is
no longer possible, as we have already
prepared your meat for you.

For non-food products (e.g. grilling accessories)
a return period of 14 days
from receipt of the goods applies.

100% Enjoyment Guarantee for new customers:

On your first order with MaquiBeef, our 100% Enjoyment Guarantee applies: if you are not 100% satisfied with the taste, we will refund the price of the first kilo.

- Valid once for new customers, on the first order.
- The guarantee only covers the first kilo of your order - we refund the price of 1 kg once, not the entire order, even if you ordered more than 1 kg.
- Contact us within 7 days of delivery or pickup by email at support@maquibeef.at, with your order number and a short description.
- The refund is made to the original payment method.
- Your statutory warranty rights remain unaffected.
