Asado Etiquette
At an asado there are unspoken rules that every Argentine knows: the Asador serves others before serving himself. No one starts eating until everyone is at the table. And no one asks "how much longer" – that's simply not done.
They're small things, but they show what it's really about: asado isn't a meal you grab. It's one you share.
